Then Finally, IT IS YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Life is Good...
Then somehow, that calm, quiet place sabotages itself, allowing the fleeting longings this hectic life submerges beneath the next to-do to creep cruelly to front and center attention status. Everything you valiantly accomplished today slips aside unnoticed as you breathe deep, count sheep, and attempt to restore for the day ahead. Maybe these beautiful, fitful wishes appear like this, the revolving to-do list you wish you had the time to sneak in:
And you can ALMOST see yourself there...

IF SO, MY FRIEND, THIS BLOG IS FOR YOU, AND FOR ALL OF US.
We all work, whether it be in tireless devotion to our children, a corporation, a part time this and part time that, or a full time everything to everyone all the time.
At times I've scrambled for the bottom rung (the realization as a young mother that my life plan of "Be an artist" flailed miserably beneath common-sense practicality of "Pay the Bills" was immediate, terrifying, and harsh.)From there, guided by hard-won experience, teachers both kind and those of the "hindsight's 20/20" type, and those moments of clarity where what truly matters come to light, I slowly improved life DRAMATICALLY.
Time, ever pressing, ever fleeting time, I've come to hold in the highest regard. I don't want to spend it on mundane chores, thankless assignments, pacifying the grown, or stocking the fridge. In this blog, I'll share my #MamaHack 's I've developed over the years to diminish time squandered and open up the world of possibilities that today lives in passing thoughts and the tossing and turning of the night. I would also be honored if you shared yours, every life experience is different, and every lesson learned is a valuable tool and gift. Future topics include how we got to such a busy place, minimizing household chores, streamlining meal preparation, coordinating schedules to cut down transit time, childcare simplified, automating to-dos, boundary setting, prioritizing, enjoying the now, and
HERE IS THE ADVENTURE:
Today I am your Huckleberry, as Doc Holiday would say. My cushy desk job at the International Headquarters of a well known company ended yesterday, and today I live life on my own terms. I have resumes in with several Virtual Assisting firms, and am beginning this blog I've dreamed of for years. Today I rolled around joyfully with my 3 children, made messes, cleaned messes, and am about to go snuggle my husband.
EXCITED BUT SCARY THOUGHT:
Will the skills I've honed, my never-exhausted drive, bursts of creativity, and love of all things software pay off???
TRUTH:
There is no failure, only a plethora of chances to build on experience and try again.
TOMORROW'S #MamaHack involves the grossest of gross, most un-glam chore ever: Cleaning the family bathroom. The fantastic part? I don't touch anything gross, it takes 10 minutes or less, and I can keep it clean in less than two minutes per day. The other fantastic part? I'm including pictures, and for just a sec, you can fully enjoy not being the only one who ever does it ;)
Thanks for joining me!!!
Thoughts? Questions? Ideas? #MamaHack 's? Please Chime in, you Smarter Working Mama you...
